Q235 Carbon Steel Plate
Q235 carbon steel plate is the most widely used low-carbon general carbon structural steel. With its low carbon content (≤0.22%), it exhibits excellent plasticity, cold working performance and weldability. It also has balanced mechanical properties (yield strength 235MPa, tensile strength 375~500MPa, elongation ≥26%), and is classified into four levels: A/B/C/D to meet different environmental requirements (such as low-temperature impact toughness). Its economy, easy formability and surface treatability (such as galvanizing and painting) make it the preferred material for general structural parts such as building frames, mechanical parts, vehicle chassis, and pipe supports.
